Liver protects your body and helps certain vitamins, minerals, and sugar for filtering the toxins in your blood and controls the production and excretion of cholesterol. Alcohol, tobacco environmental pollutions will affect the liver very easily. Liver will feed the body with balanced function, fights against virus and infections. It regulates the sex hormones and also level to keep the cholesterol in balanced level.

Important steps that we have to maintain the Liver:
Maintain the correct weight to get rid of fatty liver. When you have fatty liver than you will be forced to diseases like cirrhosis, liver failure and liver cancer. Drink alcohol in moderation. If you are women then you have to be carful. Avoid cigarette smoking this will affect the liver very heavily. Don’t share your toothbrush, razors and other personal items with anyone this will affect them severely. If shared this may take to heavy infections like hepatitis B or C. Don’t eat meat much .Dairy product intake will give best results. Almond milk will give much effect than cow’s milk.

Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Walking is the best exercise this will give liver a good strength. Drink at least 2 or 3 glasses per day. Cut down tea, coffee. Eat a lot of magnesium, iron, sulphate and B- vitamins, beans , salads, fresh juice, olive oil, seeds and yoghurt will give more strength. Don’t eat many antibiotics until it is necessary for you. Many antibiotics will destroy useful bacteria. Exercise is the core of liver. Regular exercises will make your body fit and safe from other diseases. Swimming, walking, cycling is the best exercise
