Healthy tips for summer season


Summer season reminds us of sweat and dehydration. You can enjoy summer by taking some healthy, fresh and seasonal summer diets. Given below are few tips for a healthy summer.
  • Drink plenty of water.
  • Keep a bottle of fresh drinking water with you. 
  • Summer is a perfect time to take fresh fruits and vegetables.
  • Try to include those fruits and vegetables in your diet like water melons, oranges, onions and cucumber. This will reduce your body temperature.
  • Do not take junk and fast food during summer.
  • Avoid taking alcohol and caffeinated drinks in summer.
  • Avoid taking fruits like grape fruit and pine apple in summer.
  • Drink fresh fruit juice.
  • Stay indoors during the peak hours of the sun.
  • Wear cotton clothes to avoid heat.
  • Include salads in your diet.
  • Take hair bath daily.
  • |Avoid smoking as it increases body temperature.
  • Drink tender coconut once in a day.
