Weight Loss and tips for losing and reasons for not losing weight


    

      Diet and Exercise plays a vital role in weight loss. We should at first know why we over eat, it may be due to stress, boredom, loneliness, anger, depression and other emotions. Chronic over eaters and emotional over eaters can seek help from a licenced counselor or psychologist in your area. We should learn to pay attention to our hunger level and stop eating when you feel comfortably full. Eating slowly can lead to weight loss.








Tips for losing weight
1. Never crash diet to lose weight.
2. We should substitute foods instead of eliminating them.
3. We should intake lower calorie reduced fat foods.
4. Drink lots of water.
5. Drink skimmed milk.
6. Do not overeat.
7. Stop eating heavy fat foods like French fries, ice creams, chocolates, cheese or
    any junk food which are filled with heavy fats.

Points listed for not losing weight
1. Increase of Fast Food Restaurants.
2. We find it unacceptable to be hungry.
3. We think we ate less than we did.
4. Drinking alcohol increase fat.

Diseases caused by Obesity or Over Weight
1. The Obese people are at a greater risk of developing diabetes.
2. Excess weight puts stress on the heart which in turn can damage it and lead to heart
    failure.
3. Sleep disorder is more common in obese individuals of any age.
