Tips to reduce joint pain



Join pain is something that everyone experiences at some point in their life. Some people who exert themselves, such as athletes, may feel join pain of some sort every day. Sometimes joint pain could be related to diseases such as arthritis or osteoporosis. To overcome this pain you can follow the below tips.








  • The majority of people who end up with joint pain are overweight. Losing weight can relieve a lot of stress on your joints.
  • Icing your joints will reduce the swelling and makes you feel better.
  • Getting a hot bath by pouring water on your joints will make you feel better.
  • Massage is great for both muscles and joints. You should consult with professional therapist to feel better.
  • You can take aspirin to relieve from more pain.
  • Stop smoking to feel better.
  • Ginger, Turmeric and Tasna are known to reduce joint pain. It starts the healing process for your joints.
  • Apply some ointment on the affected area before going to bed.
  • Apply and steam the affected area with Eucalyptus oil.
  • Simple exercise like yoga, cycling, swimming and walking can control the pain.
  • Proper posture should be maintained while sitting, walking and lying down.
  • Have lots of fruits containing vitamin c like Guava, Orange and Gooseberries.
  • Boil tamarind leaf in water adding salt. Keep pouring the liquid on the affected area. This helps to reduce the pain.
