Healthy Bones for stronger life


        Health is wealth a proverb known by everyone. To get best health we have to eat good foods, healthy exercise, rich fibers, and good habits. Smoking and alcoholism should be avoided to make your health safe and comfortable. Strong bones will protect you against osteoporosis in later. Here are some best tips to make your bones stronger and healthy.

Nuts and seeds: 
    Eating nuts and seeds are the most beneficiary product and also rich source of minerals. An almond contains 75 mg of calcium in the same way 1 sesame contains 37 mg of calcium. Eat nuts ad seeds this will give you best results. 

Vegetables:
    Beta carotene rich vegetables will strengthen your bones .Carrots, sweet potatoes and cantaloupe. Eating large variety of vegetable will give you effective results.

Vitamin-K:
     The vitamin king spinach will help to meet all the requirements for bones. Eat spinach with your meals at least thrice a week. 

Exercise regularly:
     Exercise is an excellent way to make your bones stronger. Aerobics, basket ball, and weight lifting help the bones to get stronger. Exercise improve the muscle strength
