Eyes give light to the world. Make your bright and effective vision by applying best food choices in your daily foods. Here are some tips to make best choice of foods they are




Kale: 
To get rid of cataracts and age related muscular degeneration you can take a cooked kale, collards, spinach, that have high rate lutein, and zeaxanthin. These are the two antioxidants that protects against damages. You can put the Kale leaves in the menu tonight with sweet and sour dish of kale with apples and mustard. 



Orange:
Orange have high vitamin C. Strawberries, tomatoes and red bell peppers will support the blood vessels to reduce the risk in blood vessels in the eyes.


Peanuts:
The most fabulous vitamin E we get it from the peanuts for protecting eyes from free radical damage. Hazelnuts, almonds, sun flower seeds will give best effect in vitamin E.




Kidney beans:
Kidney beans are the good source of zinc. This helps to get vitamin A for the retina. Seafood, oysters, beef are the best source of vitamins. 




Whole grains:
When you intake fiber foods you will not face any difficulty in age related muscular degeneration for about 8%. Brown rice, pasta, and whole wheat bread will make great effect to get rid of any eye problem.

The main part is that they do not focus of the same nutrient. Focus on different set of fruits and vegetables. Make a chart of yourself for a week and add the taste with your meals in daily life. Continue eating of good habits will prevent you from major eye diseases.
