  • You want to brush your teeth twice a day. It may be in morning and night
  • But it is not necessary to brush more than three times a day
  • Practice the habit of brushing your teeth gently. If you brush hard then it will damage your gums
  • Most of them have the habit to brush for the long time. It is not good. Brush just for two minutes and not more than five minutes
  • Try to brush your teeth in the standard and same order every day
  • Always choose the soft and quality bristles that avoid mouth damaging from bristles
  • Change the toothbrush often. You want to alter your brush once in three months
