A good night sleep will give best result for the next day. But before you move to bed you can follow simple restrictions that are harmful for the body and mind. Here are the tips given below before you are ready for sleeping.
Exercise:-
Exercise is a very good habit. Exercise gives excellent strength to the body. Exercise will be contributing better sleep for all times. There is one problem in this exercise if you do exercise within 3 hours of sleep means then it is a drawback. Because the temperature in your body gets raised heavily that will give you many difficulties.
Surfing net and Watching TV:-
The bright lights seen in the screens will get hinder the development of the melatonin and also cause hormone that will protect the sleep. Avoid watching TV or surfing in web before you move to sleep. Take break of one hour after you move to sleep.
Hot shower/ Bath:-
Most of the people will get sleep very often because of this hot bath. It is better that your body should get cool effect after the bathing. If the body feels very sweat and tired then after you bath with these sweat then you will find very difficult to sleep.
Many people drink a lot of fluids before they move to bed but this is not a good habit because this wakes you up frequently at late night bathroom. Very important thing is you should never move to bed very late. If you find thirsty then you can drink water other wise don’t drink too much of fluids.
Work:-
Don’t work too much when you move to bed. If you have any work in school or office wait until you can do the work in the morning.
Don’t read:-
Don’t read the books so lately. If you start reading interesting stories then you will never find an end in reading books. Then you will move to sleep lately and wake up early so that your sleep gets affected eventually. Try to avoid reading in late night
Cuddle your pets:
Cuddle your pets happily before you move to sleep. If your pets are sleeping with you then you will find difficulty in sleeping with your pets so make yourself comfortable by making your pets sleep in your nearby bed always.
Before you move to sleep don’t get angry. In many research it was said clearly that after you fight your sleep will get affected. If you sleep directly after fight you will never feel good because the emotions will be stay in your sleep till you wake up.
