The right time to eat fruits


Eating fruits should be taken with some regulations to make our body fit. Many of them eat fruits after taking the meals immediately. The main reasons for this is when one feels fullness in the stomach and also not having enough space to eat. Many of them eat fruits after the food we have consumed is fully digested. Everyone in this world knew the importance of eating fruits daily. These fruits will provide good vitamins and minerals to get a sustained life. All fruits have different minerals and vitamins. It is always good to consume variety of fruits. 



Eat the best fruits of empty stomach:
Eating fruits at the right time is very important. Now many suggest us to eat fruits only on the empty stomach. Eating fruits a day will keep out of many dangerous health defects in the body. During this process when digestion there is no room for fruits. Once the fruits get in contacts with the food in the stomach they will get spoilt before they can be digested. If you have best fruits in empty stomach you will never get gray hair, nervous outburst, balding problem, and also dark circles under your eyes. It is not good to drink cold water after meals:
If you consume cold water after the meals immediately the cold water will solidify the oily foods and slow down the digestion. Once this process is done then it will sludge down with the acid in the stomach in this condition the acid will break down and absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. As a result this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. The best way to get rid of trouble is by drinking warm water after the meals. So that the stomach will maintained the right temperature before the food is passed in the intestine. So better drink warm water and have a good digestion always.
