  • Endurance exercise keeps the heart working and delivers oxygen to the tissues and removes toxin away from the body.  It gives you the feeling of independence.
  • Cycling is good for health. It makes you physically fit and active. It strengthens your leg muscles and improves supply of blood throughout the body. It improves the intake of oxygen and allows the heart to function better than normal.
  • Aerobic exercise is good for the elderly people. There are separate classes running for this for the elderly people. You can face a better outcome if you join the classes. Make sure you don’t have any serious illness before joining for it.

  2. Simply walking is another great activity. I know my mother walks to the store everyday with her folding shopping cart and while it may not seem like a lot I can tell it is definitely keeping her in shape.
