If they are fat then they usually reduce your food to reduce weight but it is not the correct procedure. You want consume food in correct time in correct manner without reducing the amount of the food. It is only possible if you consume healthy food every day.   • Eat less meat. In your diet reduce the frequency and the serving-size of red meat portions and it endeavor not to eat meat more than once a day and preferably less repeatedly.
  • Whenever you are going to consume meat and it try to opt for lean cuts and remove all visible fat before eating and Grill the meat rather than fry.
