Health tip for women



Women love to be healthy. They need to consider several things to stay healthy. It is seen that most women neglect their personal health in the process of striking a balance between their work and personal life.Women are faced by multiple problems at every stage of their life. Most of the problems occur between 35-50 years of age. Thus for women, health tips are really crucial whether young or old.  Few of the tips to stay healthy are listed below.


  • Women must drink lots of water. Adult women should drink 8-12 glasses of water.
  • Develop a healthy eating habit. Include fresh fruits, green leafy vegetables, and food rich in fiber, shoots, seeds and cereals in your diet.
  • Increase your protein intake and also have more of carbohydrate in your diet.
  • Always start your day with a healthy breakfast. If you are working take lunch from home instead of eating outside.
  • Establish an exercise routine. It can lower your risk for disease, reduce stress and protect your bones and joints.
  • It is wise to choose snacks from different food groups. 
  • Keep your weight under control. Over weight lowers our self esteem.
  • Regular health checkup can save you from a lot of health problems later in life.
  • Go for regular Pranayama, breathing exercises and Yoga classes to stay healthy.
  • Never ignore your sleep. The perfect sleep is an indication of perfect health condition. Develop the habit of early to bed and early to rise. A minimum of 8 hours sleep is a must for anyone.
  • Check to it that your periods are regular. If not consult with gynecologist and get treatment.
  • In case of pregnancy get regular checkups done by doctor.
  • Take any fruit juice daily to improve your health.
  • In case of pregnancy avoid eating Papaya.
  • Go for regular walks for 20 minutes.
  • Take bath before going to bed. This will make you relaxed and cool.
  • Getting up early in the morning is good for health.
  • When you reach menopause, you should take extra care of your health.
