Why is it necessary to wake up early in the morning



There are only few people who naturally wake up early in the morning. The majority of people wish to stay on bed early in the morning. They even snooze off the clock as long as they wish to stay on bed. This involves a battle with the clock to stay in bed just a little bit longer. Here we are to give you some basic tips to wake up earlier in the morning.

Get up a half hour before your usual timing. Use this time to snooze the alarm once or twice.  
   This helps you to wake up earlier than usual.
Do breathing exercise in bed early as you try to wake up.
Start stretching and get moving. Try going for a walk or do some exercise indoors.
Your body wakes up easier if it is cool. Open some windows in the morning or turn on a fan.
   Instead if you try to stay awake in heated house with blankets on, your mind will wish to
  stay longer in bed.
Try to drink coffee or black tea or at least a big cold glass of water.
Develop a routine of works to do early in the morning.
Give yourself a reason to get up. You can plan to call a best friend early in the morning
   or else plan to work on a fun project in the morning.
Make a practice to go to bed early and wake up early. Make sure you had enough sleep.
Avoid sleeping pills.
