  • Avert the habit of day time sleep. But if you feel so tried then have a nap for not more than twenty minutes and wake up and go ahead with your usual work
  • The foremost matter for the deep is to get away your problems and worries from your mind before going to bed. At the same time, relax your mind completely that surely lead to the sound sleep
