How To Control The Anger?

First of all, every one wants to understand that anger is not the solution for any problem. By shouting with anger won’t change any situation to clam but it let to the tragedy. On the other hand, the anger will surely lessen your health to the critical situation. One’s angers will definitely breakdown your relationship with others. 

Most of them thinking, wrongly, the anger are the result for any setbacks. But it is not true, at any time patience is the exact solution for any kind of critical issues. Anger will lose you families, friends, relation, money and even your health. Anger is the character for animals not for human beings. So you must to live like a human not like an animal. 

The details mentioned above are well known at most to every people yet they are used to shout. Exactly saying, they don’t know how to control the anger when it catches them. It is very easy to control the anger if you strictly follow any one of the controlling habits that mentioned below. 

Practicing to control the anger does not take place in a single day but it the continuous practice for your lifespan. But once you practice to control your anger then whatever problem raise in your life that won’t tempt you to get anger and, at the same time, you will really become the embodiment of peace. ·         Move away from the place where you get anger
·        Continuously chat the name of your beloved name, whatever the name you supposed to worship. In that time pray God to decrease your anger  
·     You want breath deeply for more than ten times that will surely lessen you anger and make you to understand the situation

·         You can also count the numbers from 1 to 100 to make your mind divert
