Food for healthy hair




Shampoo and conditioner alone won’t give you healthy hair you need. You need to concentrate on the food you eat for a better possibility. Your hair grows half inch every month. The foundation for all new hair, skin and nail growth is the nutrients we eat. If you eat healthy diet you will grow stronger and healthier cells throughout your entire body.

You need to follow the suggestion of nutrient and hair experts. A well balanced diet that includes plenty of growth-promoting protein makes your hair grow faster.
