Kids generally like to have fast food. The fast food is full of calories but less of nutrients. Growing children need protein, carbohydrates and minerals for growth. They get this abundantly in healthy drinks. Milk is full of calcium needed to build strong bones. Health drinks comes in many flavor like vanilla, cadbury and straw berry.
Mix one or two spoon of health drink powder in hot milk. Children love to drink this and is full of nutrients. There are other drinks like juices that are widely liked by children. Orange juice, carrot juice, lemon juice, melon juice and grapes juice is good and healthier for children.
