        High Blood pressure is seen common in many people. Normal blood pressure is normally accepted in the range of 120/80. If the BP increases the people will be affect by major diseases like stroke, heart attack, blindness, damage to the heart, brain and nerve damage. This high pressure will lead to death. If you are really worried about this disease you not need to go for difficult steps. You can make over through by simple steps.
·  Maintain a healthy weight:
        Maintaining good health is very important. Choose healthy foods and also get into many activities like exercise, yoga and so on.

·  Consume more vegetables and fruits:
      Intake of good fruits and vegetables is very good for health. Fruits will make wonders in  health benefits. It has very low amount of cholesterol.

·  Cut down salt:
   Too much of salt will make pressure to move at the top position. Experts say that salt has more sodium. When you buy foods we should check the labels properly.
·  Exercise is very important:
Exercise is the best way to make the body healthy .Before exercise healthy diet should be taken.

·    Breathing is very important:
  Always take time to breath by meditative practices and slow breathing like yoga

·  Avoid alcohol:
       Moderate the intake of alcohol or beer. Don’t overdo drinking alcohol and wine.

     Peas sweat potatoes, beans, and tomatoes which produce high level of potassium to lower blood pressure.

·  Dark chocolate:
   For a surprise you can eat dark chocolate an ounce. But always remember that you should eat in moderation.

·  Tea magic:
   By drinking tea the blood pressure will get reduced. Drink Hibiscus tea that will reduce high blood pressure.

·  Fiber intake is good:
    Eat a good amount of fiber will reduce cholesterol, diabetes, heart disease and several types of cancer .It will clean and also detoxify  the body.
