Eating best will make the difference in body


        Eating the best balanced diet is a very important role for maintaining good health. Start the day with 8 steps that makes you perfect in your eating habits.
Eat nutrient rich food:
      If you want your health to be perfect that you have to include more than 40 different nutrients in your daily diet. You can include bread, fruits, vegetables, dairy products, meat, fish and other protein foods. You should eat the food that depends on your calorie.
Eat more fish:
     You can eat more than 5 varieties of fish in a week. Oily fish will help you prevent from major heart disease. Oily fishes like Salmon, mackerel, fresh tuna, pilchards, sardines, and trout will make dramatic health benefits. Some person will eat a lot of fish daily should try to choose wide variety of fish.
Eat more vegetables and fruits:
      Fruits and vegetables are the vital source of vitamins. You can buy fresh fruits and make up a juice. The magic of banana will make wonders in the breakfast.
Eat less Salt:
       Salt gives taste the foods. Same way too much of salt will increase the blood pressure to a great level. If the blood pressure increases then it will take you to major risk of heart disease. Take a minimum amount of salt in your daily foods. Basically every three quarters of food contains salt like bread, cereals, soups, sauces and more.
Drink water:
      You should drink more than 1.2liters of water per day to get rid of dehydration. Milk, water and fruit juice will count healthy. All alcoholic drinks count in this section too. Avoid fizzy drinks because they add more sugar with high calories that is very bad for the teeth.
Skipping breakfast is bad:
     Do not skip breakfast this will affect your health badly. Healthy breakfast will have more vitamins and minerals. Healthy breakfast maintains balanced diet with best properties of good health. Fruits sliced over the top and whole meal cereal will give you the best nutritious breakfast.
Food is good or bad:
   Don’t feel guilty to eat potato chips, candy bars, ice cream and apple pie .Each the food in moderation that will never ever affect the health at any cost of time. Always select the vital food that is good for your health.
