Children health is very important

    

         Children the most precious gift of god. Children health and health habits are very important. All parents should teach their children importance of healthy habits. It is very important that children should be taught well gently about the healthy habits. This will improve the kids to look after themselves more in their growing years.



    It is very important for the children to know about the daily foods they eat. Always the daily breakfast should start with excellent food. You should make the students understand about the importance of food they eat. Make a chart show the recipes of vital ingredients.

         Green vegetables and fruits are very important. Include fresh fruit in the breakfast time’s .Make fresh juice or fruit salads to make the breakfast wanted daily.
         Water is a vital source for all the benefits. Gently tell them the importance of water and fluids that should be include per day.
       Teach the kids basic exercise that can be done at home. Swimming and walking will manage the activities that can be done on daily basis.
       Make the children feel enjoyable with reading story books at bed time. Dental care is very important .Practice them to brush the teeth daily 2 times a day.
      Children need deep good sleep for better health. Some children will fall asleep very long time only so in this case you can make them sleep by reading books and talking softly to the children.
       All children need lot of love and care in the same way health is very important. Keep your kid fit and happy throughout the day.
