Neck is an important part where we move our head here and there. Neck pain is a very similar problem almost with all the people. The head is supported by lower neck and upper neck in these areas commonly the neck pain occurs. The neck stiffness arises from physical and emotional health problems.
We can follow some basic steps to prevent form neck stiffness
· Don’t keep the mobile in between the head and the shoulder
· Don’t suit on the same position for a long time. Change the position of seating.
· Don’t use high piles of pillows that are very high when we sleep.
· Please be seated in a good sitting position.
· While you read keep the book /typing straight to the eye.
