Apple cider vinegar is used by people throughout the world. It can be included in your daily diet in the following ways.

  • For weight loss, add two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar to 16 oz of water. Sip this concoction throughout the day.
  • Add two tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to a 1 or 2 liter filtered water bottle. Drink this throughout the day to cleanse your body and kidneys all day long.
  • It can be used as a rinse for your hair after shampooing to add healthy body and shine.

Natural remedies for a healthy pregnancy

      Women face many problems during pregnancy. Problems like backaches, headaches, depression and morning sickness are the most common ones. Vomiting during pregnancy occurs in 75% of women. This can be cured by considering home made remedies.

Few of the home made remedies are listed below:
  • For head ache take warm relaxing bath. You can try cold packs on the forehead to relieve headache. Don’t take aspirin without doctor advice.
  • For Backache Massaging is the best alternative to drug. Avoid using muscle relax gel unless the condition is severe.
  • For Sleeplessness take a brisk walk each day to avoid tension. You can take a warm bath and listen to music before going to bed. It is advisable to drink a cup of warm milk before going to bed.
  • It is important to eat a balanced diet. Food rich in vitamins, protein, minerals and carbohydrates is a must.
