Natural tips to treat stomach ulcer






Tip 1: - Increase your intake of fresh fruits and vegetables. Regular intake of bananas can reduce stomach ulcer.

Tip 2: - Drink juices. Eat food that is easy for digestion and receive all vitamins and minerals.

Tip 3: - Limit the triggers that cause hyperacidity in the stomach to prevent and soothe stomach ulcers.

Tip 4: - Spicy foods, Alcohol, coffee, tobacco and overeating can increase the levels of hydrochloric acid in the stomach. This can worsen peptic ulcers.
