Ten tips for Healthy Pregnancy






You need to follow the below hints for a healthy pregnancy.

Step 1: - Eat five or six well balanced meals each day.

Step 2: - Take a prenatal vitamin each day as directed by your obstetrician.

Step 3: - Drink plenty of fluids at least eight to ten glasses a day avoiding caffeine and artificial coloring.

Step 4: - Don’t drink alcohol.

Step 5: - Don’t smoke or get exposed to second hand smoke.

Step 6: - It is important for your general health and to reduce stress.

Step 7: - Get adequate sleep for at least eight hours a night. If you are suffering from sleep disturbances take naps during the day and see your physician for advice.

Step 8: - Don’t take medications or herbal remedies without first consulting your obstetrician midwife.

Step 9: - Avoid drink coffee and soft drinks.

Step 10: - Walk in cool, shaded areas or indoors in order to prevent overheating.
