10 best steps for the elderly people to stay healthy in summer

      The strength of the body will get loosed during the summer season. In this season people will get tired and due to the extensive heat rays by the sun. One can drink grapes, watermelon, jack fruit, banana, pineapple and lemon to make your body cool. Food of rice, milk , sugar candy, lassie, butter milk will give you good health. Ghee can also be used.

    Avoid coffee and tea. Do not in take coffee op tea in empty stomach. Drink water more in this season and avoid alcohol. When the temperature gets raises to high immediately the elders should be taken to cool place like air conditioned rooms. Water should be consumed 4 or 5 glasses per day.






     Eating the fresh fruits and vegetable will help the body to get hydrated and keep the body healthy. During summer season elders should wear cool clothing and light colored ones to maintain the body temperature. Always have some one to take care of the seniors when you are out of the house.

     If the seniors are of low carbohydrate means they should drink lot of fluids with protein diet. This will help them to get heat up more quickly. Give the elders the best treat of ice creams to make the body cool and comfortable.
