Best eating habits



Food is a vital part in our daily life. Eating habit is very important. When you have busy schedule and dozen commitments you have t take care of your health too. Next time when you sit to enjoy our foods. Keep the best points in your mind when you eat. 

Eat slowly:
Chew the food slowly and eat neatly. You should have smaller meals and also frequent meals as larger in the frequent ones. The time taken for your brain to send massage is for about 20 minutes. 

Eat more:
If you love to make your body leans and fit you have to eat well. If you didn’t eat well your metabolism will get slow down immediately. If you don’t eat well fewer calories will only get burnt and there will be a fat loss. 

Eat less red meat:
A highly saturated fat is red meat which should be avoided with high cholesterol. The best meat to get consumed is chicken and fish. Cancer and heart diseases will get prevented by antioxidants. Vitamin C, E, A, fresh fruits, and vegetables are of high source. 

Onion and garlic:
Blood pressure will be decreased by onion and garlic will decrease cholesterol. Raw garlic taken during early morning ill give best results.

Cooking with less salt:
High blood pressure will get reduced by taking salt less in food. Water retention is caused by salt.

Calcium rich foods:
Skimmed and double toned milk are rich I calcium contents. The important thing is double skimmed milk has less fat. In a non packed variety skimmed milk is very good for health. If you drink 2 to 3 glasses of milk per day you will get best results. Almonds, figs, red kidney beans are the tastiest foods with best protein and calcium.

Iron:
Liver gives best hemoglobin, watermelon, pomegranate, spinach and beans, dried fruits, whole grains and sunflower seeds are the most favorable foods that contain iron.

Eyes the heart of the body


Eyes are the most important part of your health. If you are having the habit of brushing your teeth regularly and taking care of your gums too. You should take care of your eyes too. Rinse your eyes properly with water. Even when you go to sleep also you should rinse your eyes properly. Even when you read, write and spent time consuming in the computer it will produce your eyestrain. Here I give you the best tips to take care of your eyes.
  • Test your eyes regularly 
  • Eat a lot fruits and vegetables like spinach, yellow peppers, orange, kiwi fruits, mangoes are the extreme source of vitamin. Even if you’re busy you can follow the best diet.
  • Sun is very bad for eyes. Do not expose your eyes in direct sunlight. The light from the sun cause UV rays. This may cause diseases like cataracts and age related macular degeneration.
  • The best way to get rid of eye infection is to stop smoking. If the person smokes for more than three times a day will likely to develop cataracts.
  •  If you are working in the computer for a long time take frequent breaks to prevent eyestrain. 
  • Don’t rub your eyes if any dirt falls in your eyes. Pull the upper lid and lower lid it will go off. If the dust is not removed properly you can use consult the doctor. 
  • If you get pain or difficulty in vision immediately consult the doctor(optometrist)
  • Eat good foods to protect from your eyes. Eat nutritious foods that are rich in protein and vitamins. 
  • Wash your hands properly when you put I the contact lenses.
