Apples are loved by many all over the world. It is a Red Delicious fruit which rank 12th and 13th respectively. Apples are full of a fibre called pectin. A medium size apple contains about 4 grams of fibre. There is a huge list of health benefits of including Apple in your diet.

h)      Beat diarrhea and constipation – It prevents constipation and diarrhea.
i)        Control your weight – It helps to reduce weight and reduce high blood pressure.
